测光积分球
Photometric integrating sphere
积分球是光学中一种最通用的测量仪器,涂层采用高品质PTFE材料,适用于紫外-可见一近红外光谱,而且在此光谱范围内具有良好的朗伯特性,球壁上具有两个或多个小开口来引入光或者连接光电探测器,还会设计一些挡板来阻止光源直接照射到探测器上,保证测试光源的均匀性。这种结构会使光进入探测器前发生多次漫反射,因此到达探测器的光通量非常均匀。可连接不同的探头和配件接口,满足一球多用的特点,使用灵活,性价比高。可装配准直镜、功率计探头、连接光纤口、空间光入射等等多种使用,搭配相应的光谱系统可以用于测透光率、荧光、激光功率、光谱辐射特性等等,可测量样品的反射特性、透射特性、吸收特性以及各种光源的光通、光强、色温、光谱等辐射特性。
Integral sphere is one of the most commonly used measuring instruments in optics. The coating is made of high-quality PTFE material, suitable for UV visible and near-infrared spectra, and has good Lambertian characteristics in this spectral range. The sphere wall has two or more small openings to introduce light or connect photoelectric detectors, and some baffles are designed to prevent the light source from directly shining on the detector, ensuring the uniformity of the test light source. This structure causes multiple diffuse reflections of light before entering the detector, resulting in a very uniform amount of light reaching the detector.
积分球一般作为一个理想的漫射光源或匀光器来使用,从而消除由于光源自身特性而造成的出射光束不均匀或者带有偏振方向。积分球之所以有这种特性,主要是由于入射光在积分球内部发生多次漫反射造成的。
积分球内表面为一个完整的几何球面,半径处处相等,球内壁是均匀漫反射面,对各种波长的入射光线具有相同的漫反射比,球内没有任何物体,光源也只看作发光而没有实物的抽象光源。其基本构成如下:
内部空的整球壳,内壁涂白色的漫反射层;
球直径按待测样本、待测灯尺寸而定;
球壁上开三小窗口,分别为入射窗口、样品窗口、传感器窗口。
积分球属非标产品,可根据客户要求对产品任意结构及尺寸进行定制
积分球通常有以下几种类型:
通用型积分球
通用积分球的结构设计十分灵活,用户可以选择积分球的尺寸、开口方向和反射材料,通过变换积分球的附件,如光源、配件、开口缩减器等实现不同的应用
光测量积分球
光通量测试积分球用于测量光源的总光通量的输出支持光源的 2π、4π 测试。
均匀光源积分球
由积分球、电源、光源、控制器组成,可以实现均匀的朗伯体漫散射光源输出。
红外镀金积分球
镀金系列积分球设计用于高功率测量,光谱范围从近红外至中红外(NIR-MIR)
Integral sphere is generally used as an ideal diffuse light source or homogenizer to eliminate the unevenness or polarization direction of the emitted beam caused by the characteristics of the light source itself. The reason why the integrating sphere has this characteristic is mainly due to multiple diffuse reflections of incident light inside the integrating sphere.
The inner surface of the integrating sphere is a complete geometric sphere with equal radii everywhere. The inner wall of the sphere is a uniform diffuse reflection surface, which has the same diffuse reflection ratio for various wavelengths of incident light. There is no object inside the sphere, and the light source is only regarded as an abstract light source that emits light without a physical object. Its basic composition is as follows:
The entire spherical shell is empty inside, with a white diffuse reflection layer painted on the inner wall;
The diameter of the ball is determined by the size of the sample to be tested and the lamp to be tested;
Three small windows are opened on the ball wall, namely the incident window, sample window, and sensor window.
Integral sphere is a non-standard product that can be customized according to customer requirements for any structure and size of the product

Universal Integral Sphere
The structural design of the universal integrating sphere is very flexible, and users can choose the size, opening direction, and reflective material of the integrating sphere. By changing the accessories of the integrating sphere, such as light sources, accessories, and opening reducers, different applications can be achieved
Optical measurement integrating sphere
The luminous flux test integrating sphere is used to measure the total luminous flux output of the light source, supporting 2 π and 4 π tests of the light source.
Uniform light source integrating sphere
Composed of an integrating sphere, power supply, light source, and controller, it can achieve uniform Lambertian diffuse scattering light source output.
Infrared gold-plated integrating sphere
The gold-plated series integrating sphere is designed for high-power measurement, with a spectral range from near-infrared to mid infrared (NIR-MIR)
