Diffuse Reflectance Standard Whiteboard
白板就是标准白板、参考白板的简称，是一种光学传递标准，是由国家计量院（国家标准局）提供一种已经标定过的、有光谱反射率数据的白板，广大用户要依据这个数据来测量其它样品的光学性能。不管你采用何种仪器，也不管你采用什么方法，所有测量数据最终都要追溯到国家计量院的标准上，只有这样，各家的测量才有可比性，有效性，准确性与可信度。
Whiteboard, also known as standard whiteboard or reference whiteboard, is an optical transmission standard provided by the National Institute of Metrology (National Bureau of Standards). It is a calibrated whiteboard with spectral reflectance data that users can use to measure the optical properties of other samples. No matter what instrument or method you use, all measurement data must ultimately be traced back to the standards of the National Institute of Metrology. Only in this way can the measurements of each company be comparable, effective, accurate, and reliable.

光学性能：
高反射比，要求反射比值尽可能高，反射率优于98%。
漫射性能好，表面无光泽，接近朗伯漫射体。
光谱选择性小，即中性好，对各波长都有同样的高光谱反射比，使用波长250－2500nm。
具有不透光性，以避免背景和边缘损耗。
平整性和均匀性好，整个表面平整，各点的反射比相同。
足够好的光学稳定性。
量值溯源于PRD，其反射比值为已知，提供中国计量院反射比数据报告

Optical performance:
High reflectance ratio, requiring the reflectance ratio to be as high as possible and the reflectivity to be better than 98%.
Good diffusion performance, with a dull surface, close to a Lambertian diffuser.
Low spectral selectivity, good neutrality, and the same hyperspectral reflectance for all wavelengths, using wavelengths of 250-2500nm.
Has opacity to avoid background and edge loss.
Good flatness and uniformity, the entire surface is flat, and the reflectivity of each point is the same.
Adequate optical stability.
